We are issuing a $25/member etransfer refund for the winter season which was forced to end early on March 15, 2020 due to COVID-19. 

In order to receive your refund, please email mbadc3@hotmail.com before May 7, 2020 (midnight) with the following information:

  • Name of Member:
  • Email address:

Use the password “refund” in order to receive the transfer.

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of your email.

Any unclaimed refunds after May 8 can be put towards the Winter 2020/21 season.

Velodrome closure extended until and including July 6, 2020

To protect the health and safety of the community from the spread of COVID-19, the Town of Milton is extending the velodrome closure up to and including July 5, 2020.

This means that our summer season’s opening night must be further postponned.

MBC will be issuing refunds for any play nights that are affected by this.

You will be informed via notifications like this one when our summer season start date will be.

Although we are unable to welcome you to the club at this time, we look forward to seeing you when we re-open!

MBC Summer Season Postponned due to COVID-19

To protect the health and safety of the community from the spread of COVID-19, the Town of Milton is extending the facility closures up to and including May 29. This means that our summer season’s opening night must be postponned.

Summer Season is a GO!

The Summer Badminton Season is a GO and membership is still open.  If you are interested in joining for the summer we’d love to have you!  Information about how to sign up can be found here.

We are scheduled to start at the velodrome on April 7, 2020.  If this date changes due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you will be notified via push notifications like this one.  All our notifications are permanently found under the “Latest Information” tab on our website.  Our posted calendar is up-to-date.

Summer Membership Enrollment and Closure of Town Recreation Facilities

Summer 2020 Membership is currently open.  Our target membership is 30 people.  If we do not hit target by end of day today we will be cancelling the summer session.

Summer 2020 Membership is now OPEN

We are currently enrolling members for the 2020 Summer Badminton Season which runs April 1 – September 30.  The cost of membership is $270/per member for the season.

openThe number of courts will be determined based on the number of members who register by MARCH 10, 2020.  

Membership is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Membership fees will be accepted by email money transfer to mbadc3@hotmail.com ONLY.  We will not accept checks or cash. 

  • We will not be ‘holding’ spots. Membership is granted after payment has been received.
  • If you are paying for more than one membership, you must indicate who the additional membership(s) are for or they will not be account for in our final headcount.
  • If you are paying from an account which does not belong to the member, please indicate who the payment is for.
  • Please set the password for money retrieval to ‘badminton’ (all lower case).  If you are not comfortable with this, please send a separate email including the password.
  • All new members will begin at the blue level.
