Just a kind reminder that tonight is the last night to sign up for the winter season at the Velodrome. I’ll be there collecting membership fees from 8:00 – 8:30 PM.
The Summer Badminton season ends September 21, 2017.
Winter Badminton runs every Tuesday and Thursday at the Velodrome between 8:15 and 10:15 PM from October 2, 2017 to April 26, 2018. Membership is $270 (non-refundable).
If you cannot register in person, you must contact Leanne, Vinu, Saki or Wendy to make alternate arrangements.
Please include the following information on the membership payment cheque:
- Email Address
- Name of Member (if different from the person who owns the cheque)
- Self evaluation (beginner, moderate, intermediate)
Other information:
Yonex Birds: YES! We are going back to Yonex birds for the winter season!
Membership Cap: We have a hard cap of 60 members for the winter season for 6 courts (last year we had ~120 members last year with 9 courts). Membership will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis. Membership spots will not be held.
Guests: Guests are welcomed to join at $10 per night up to twice per season to try out the club. Guests will not be permitted if more than 32 members are in attendance.

Hi Asim. Thank you for your interest in the club. At this time we have full membership; however, historically we have opened membership again in the later months. Please “Follow Us” and you will be notified about the next time we are enrolling members.
